The Victory Park Residences residential complex (buildings 6, 7 and 8) is located in a prestigious district of Moscow on Bratya Fonchenko Street, next to Victory Park. The main theme of the facades is transformation, 'movement', expressed in the stretching and flowing rhythms of solid and transparent surfaces, with a thinning of the relief depth of the pylons and belts in the direction of movement from city buildings to the park area.

Our employees participated in the engineering of the project, performed the design of modern facade systems, which included: 13,000 m² of translucent structures based on a special Schüco engineering solution using energy-efficient glazing; curtain wall ventilated facades with a total area of 26,000 m² with combined cladding of composite panels based on natural copper (13,500 m²) and natural stone (12,500 m²).
