Innopolis Technopark buildings B-1, V

Innopolis Technopark (buildings B-1 and V) is located in the IT city of the same name and is a modern technology cluster for IT companies and startups. The buildings are designed in a smart-architecture style with open spaces, panoramic glazing and modular layouts. The infrastructure includes co-working spaces, meeting rooms, conference halls, lounge areas and cafes.

A special feature is full digitalization: a smart building system, high-speed internet and automated engineering systems. The Technopark is integrated into the city's ecosystem with access to the laboratories of Innopolis University, a data center and test sites for IT development. Transport accessibility: 40 km from Kazan, its own bus station and regular connection with the airport.

Our employees participated in the engineering of the project, performed the design of unitized facade glazing from Alutech aluminum profiles with a total area of 16,000 m², as well as curtain wall ventilated facades with an area of 3,000 m².
