The Moscow government signed an agreement on the construction of the Botanical Garden transport hub on Wilhelm Pieck Street in 2020 with the winner of the open competition, the PIONEER company. The Botanica shopping and office center became the final stage in the development of the Botanical Garden TPU.

In early 2025, a shopping center opened in the Rostokino district as part of the BOTANICA multifunctional complex, near the Botanical Garden metro station. The multifunctional public and business center unites offices, a shopping and entertainment complex and a public space on a landscaped territory. The area of the facility is about 90 thousand square meters.

The shopping and entertainment center, with underground parking and direct access from the Botanical Garden MCC station, occupied four floors, and offices were located from the fourth to the eighteenth floors. The building is distinguished by stylish architectural solutions with a transparent atrium roof, showcase layout of the first floor facades and 'green' design of the internal space.

Our employees participated in the design of translucent structures based on the 'Alutech' aluminum system with a total area of 16,000 m² and a ventilated facade using composite material with an area of 15,000 m².
